We were delighted to see so many people at the MFN Showcase and Big Conversation on Friday. We hope you enjoyed hearing more about MFN and giving your ideas for securing its future. We certainly appreciated your input, and will be collating and writing up ‘apples’ and sticky notes for a while!
We’re pleased, too, to have been able to promote the new Confidence to Cook(C2C) website – coming soon – and the other new resources. Three different C2c recipes were used at the event. In addition, the soups were full of locally-grown vegetables, the bread was from Findhorn Bakery and the scones cooked by EYDG’s catering team. What’s the verdict on the salmon in the cooking demo – was the microwave or stove-top version tastiest?
